Gum Trees is Block Eight’s most luxurious villa, designed for guests wanting extra space, comfort and character during their Hunter Valley escape.

This adults-only villa features a full stone-bench kitchen, open-plan living and dining, two single daybeds for relaxing, a second-storey sunroom and a king loft-style bedroom. Thoughtful touches include plantation shutters, a log fire, a bath, local artwork by Linda Lunnon and peaceful views across the estate.

Set within Block Eight Estate’s 100 private acres, guests can stroll through the vineyard and olive grove, spot kangaroos and birdlife, or enjoy a glass of Block Eight wine from their private deck or the Wine Room overlooking the lake. All of this is just ten minutes from Pokolbin’s best cellar doors, restaurants and experiences.
