Matured in American and French oak barrels our 2022 Shiraz is packed with the full body and flavours of a typical Hunter Shiraz but is smooth and fruity and delightful to drink right now.  Cellar for 5 – 15 years to intensify the flavours of stone fruit and blackberries.  Enjoy in front of an open fire on a cold winter night or serve slightly chilled in warmer months.
